A Lodestar is a fixed star used as a reference point in the sky. A celestial guide illuminated in the night sky. It is what sailors used to navigate uncharted seas to bring them anywhere on earth they wanted to go.

We create our life with every breath, every thought, every choice. Sometimes this is hard to grasp when the shit hits the fan, or we feel stuck, don’t know what we want and feel like life is just happening to us. Stuck Sucks!

I know because it happened to me. I woke up one day and my life had slid out of focus. I got divorced, had two young kids, debt, a crappy job and had no idea how to make life better. Then I figured some stuff out. I learned to recognize my patterns, figured out what the hell I wanted, shifted my mindset and life got better. As I evolved, so did my life. Now my passion is helping other women create the life THEY dream of. I did it. So can you.
